Refund policy
Refunds or replacements are not available when an incorrect shipping address is provided by the customer.
Refunds may be issued if you meet the following criteria: (1) Items must be returned in their original condition using the return label supplied by our customer service representatives. (2) Please email support@junoboxllc.com with your name, order number, and relevant details regarding your refund request. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee, subject to a 30% restocking fee. Once your return is processed, refunds may take 3-5 business days to appear in your account.
Do not send your purchase back to the sender’s address.
Returned to Sender
If an incorrect address is provided and your order is returned by the carrier, we will reship upon payment of a shipping and handling fee. Should you decline reshipment, your refund will exclude original shipping costs, priority processing, and insurance, and will incur a 30% restocking fee.
Occasionally, packages are refused by the manufacturer or lost in transit. If we do not receive the package, you may be eligible for a 50% store credit towards a new item.
If your address was correct, we will reship at no additional charge. For any address changes, a shipping and handling fee applies.
Order Cancellation
All products are processed on demand. Cancellations or modifications are permitted only within 12 hours of purchase. Orders for apparel, mugs, and ornaments are non-cancellable and cannot be modified at any time.
Clearance Items
Clearance items are sold as-is and cannot be returned or refunded. These items may lack original packaging, and we make no warranties regarding their condition.
Warranties
Our standard refund and replacement policy remains valid for 30 days from the date your tracking information indicates delivery. After 60 days from receipt, refunds and replacements are no longer available.
International Shipping
Customs duties, taxes, and related charges are not included in our base price and remain the responsibility of the purchaser, subject to each country’s respective regulations.

RETURN & EXCHANGE PROCESS FLOW
At JunoBox, LLC, customer satisfaction is our priority. Our return and exchange process is designed to be straightforward and convenient.
Unworn and unwashed merchandise may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase, provided original tags and packaging accompany the items.

Please note that health and wellness items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
How to Return or Exchange an Item
To initiate a return, please email support@junoboxllc.com with your name, order number, photos of the defective or incorrect item, and your reason for the request.
Once received, our customer service team will review your submission and respond within 24–48 hours.
If your return or refund is approved, a prepaid return label will be sent to your email.
Package the item with the supplied return label and drop it off at a UPS facility. Only use labels provided by customer service—do not ship returns to the original address.
You will be notified once your return is received at our warehouse. The following resolution options are available:
· A refund to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
· Shipment of a replacement item within 72 hours.
If your tracking information shows delivered but you did not receive your order, a claim ID from your local post office is required for validation. Upon completion of the review, a replacement will be shipped.
A 30% restocking fee applies to custom apparel, flags, and custom-designed items.
